Welcome! You are invited to join us for worship any time. Here's a few things that might be helpful to know on your first visit. Have a question you don't see here? Give us a call or an email.
- What about my kids?
- Everyone worships together at 10am, and we have nursery care for kids younger than 4 by request - just ask an usher.
- Where do I park?
- Salem has a large parking lot on the corner of N. LaVenture and Hoag.
- What do I wear?
- Whatever you're comfortable in - we're fairly casual. Some folks come in a t-shirt and jeans, others might wear suits, dresses, or something a little dressier.
- How can I get connected?
- There will be ushers greeting you at the door when you come in. They'll give you a paper worship guide and answer any questions you might have. Check out our staff page to get familiar with a few other faces that might be helpful to get connected with the wider community of Salem.
- What is worship like?
- A typical Sunday morning worship service includes prayers, readings, music, a sermon, and communion. Check out our worship page to watch previous services to get a feel for what you might experience. After worship, there's usually coffee and snacks to munch on while chatting and getting to know others in the community.
- Do I need to be Christian/Lutheran to attend?
